Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your first name, email address and message. Last name is optional.
How we use your inquiry
We use these details to respond to your inquiry and manage the related conversation. The form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
HubSpot and notifications
HubSpot provides the form and stores submitted inquiries. Our designated team also receives email notifications to handle them.
International processing
Our HubSpot account is hosted in the United States, in its US West region; providers may also process data in other countries.
Loading the form
The HubSpot form loads automatically when you visit our Contact page. This connects your browser to HubSpot and Google reCAPTCHA, our spam-protection service. They may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, and use cookies before you submit an inquiry. You can also email hello@oroverde.coffee.
Cookies and technical data
We do not add a separate marketing tracking snippet or analytics service to this website. Hosting and security services may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the site. This does not mean that the website or its providers are cookie-free. See the HubSpot Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
Retention
Our policy is to keep ordinary inquiry records for 12 months after the last contact, then delete them. Records needed for a legal obligation, an ongoing transaction or a dispute may be retained longer for that purpose. This policy covers inquiry copies we manage in HubSpot and notification emails; it is not a promise that every provider's technical logs or backup copies expire on the same schedule.
Privacy requests
Send privacy questions or requests for access, correction, deletion, objection or portability to hello@oroverde.coffee. You may also ask to withdraw consent where applicable. These requests are subject to applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity. You can raise a concern with Panama's ANTAI.
